En Christina's Collection, entendemos la importancia de proteger tu privacidad. La informacion que nos proporcionas sera mantenida confidencial y solo sera utilizada para tus relaciones comerciales con Christina's Collections. Puedes solicitarnos que te notifiquemos de nuestros productos o promociones.  Cada una de estas comunicaciones te dara la opcion de suspender tu subscripcion en cualquier momento. Te garantizamos que toda la informacion que nos proporciones tampoco sera compartida o vendida a nadie.

Politica de Devoluciones

En Christina's Collection nos esforzamos por darle a nuestros clientes la mejor calidad en nuestros productos y servicios ya que su satisfaccion es muy importante para nosotos. Si por alguna razon no estas satisfecha con nuestros productos, recibiremos su devolucion dentro de los 7 dias siguientes a la fecha de entrega. Los productos deberan estar en su empaque original para poder recibir el reembolso pertinente.  El cliente es responsable de los gastos de envio de la devolucion a menos que por alguna razon Christina's Collection haya enviado el producto equivocado o defectuoso.

Shipping/Handling Policy

All domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is calculated based on weight. Although we do our best to be exact, the actual shipping charges may differ from the calculation.  In this case, we will refund the difference to your PayPal account.  Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date the order is received.  This offer excludes custom orders. Items will be shipped after payment is received.

Payment 

We like to make things easy for our customers, that is why we set our payment method through Paypal. If you are not familiarized with this company you will be very soon, they have an easy way to send your payments everywhere without letting the merchants see your financial information.

In our case, we will send you an e-mail with your invoice and the link to pay through Paypal, and you will only need to follow their instructions.

To make it easier for you we set an individual order form on each page, just fill the form and click order and we will get your request right away, and we will e-mail you your invoice and the instructions on how to make your payment etc.
