Return Policy

Christina's Collection strives to provide you with the best quality products and services because your satisfaction is important to us. If  you are  unsatisfied for any reason, we will accept returns on non-personalized products within 7 days of delivery.  Products must be in original packaging in order to receive proper credit.  The customer is responsible for return shipping unless an incorrect item is shipped in error or the item is defective.

Shipping/Handling Policy

All domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is calculated based on weight. Although we do our best to be exact, the actual shipping charges may differ from the calculation.  In this case, we will refund the difference to your PayPal account.  Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date the order is received.  This offer excludes custom orders. Items will be shipped after payment is received.

Payment 

We like to make things easy for our customers, that is why we set our payment method through Paypal. If you are not familiarized with this company you will be very soon, they have an easy way to send your payments everywhere without letting the merchants see your financial information.

In our case, we will send you an e-mail with your invoice and the link to pay through Paypal, and you will only need to follow their instructions.

To make it easier for you we set an individual order form on each page, just fill the form and click order and we will get your request right away, and we will e-mail you your invoice and the instructions on how to make your payment etc.
